• TERMS OF SERVICE •

1) I should be able to complete your commission in a timely manner, but should something come up, you will be contacted asap.- Estimated turnaround time: up to 1 month
-*depending on the complexity of the commission, there may be exceptions! I will communicate with you if I think your commission might take longer.2) If I'm taking commission requests via comments/DMs, your commission is not accepted unless I respond to you stating so3) I reserve the rights to reject any offers and/or clients for any reason.
- By commissioning me, you accept that you've read and will follow my rules & terms, and that, should you fail to abide by my terms of service, I have the right to cancel your commission.

4) Payments are to be done via Ko-fi or PayPal.5) At least 50% of the cost must be paid upfront; you may also pay the full cost upfront, if you want to.- The full, finished artwork will not be sent until the full price has been paid.6) I can only refund fully as long as I have not yet started working on your commission.
- Once 1 hour or more has been spent working on your commission, full refunds are no longer offered.7) Cryptocurrency is not a viable payment method.

8) My artwork is absolutely NOT allowed to be tokenized or minted under a blockchain or as a non-fungible token (NFT). My artwork is not to be used to train AI in any form.9) I reserve the rights to use all artwork I make, regardless of if they're a commission, as a portfolio piece or future commission example, as well as to promote myself/my work on social media.10) You may make minor edits to the final artwork yourself, as long as you do not edit the artwork you commissioned from me to include hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise bigoted messages, themes, and/or symbols.
- If you intend for major artwork edits, please ask me. Major edits will be charged an extra amount.11) Any artwork commissioned from me is for personal use only.
- You are not allowed to use my art commercially or for profit. This includes but is not limited to: selling my artwork on merchandise (such as RedBubble, personal shops, Etsy, etc.), or minting my artwork as an NFT/blockchain project.
- You may, however, use my artwork in monetized videos or on websites with advertisements (given my artwork is not the advertisement).
- You may not, under any circumstance, claim my artwork as your own. Written credit is not inherently necessary, though appreciated, but if asked you should be able to directly link to my profile._{Failure to abide by my TOS may get you blacklisted from further commissions.}

Bust up by default, less if client specified. Base price includes lines & colors.(Because of the size, detailed backgrounds such as scenery/environments will not be offered. Solid colors, pride flags, patterns, or gradients are offered no extra cost.)BASE PRICE: $20 USD

CHIBI FULLBODIES

Simply Fullbodies have a faster turnaround time than the estimate in my TOS! Usually between 1 to 2 days.These are unshaded, flat color fullbodies in a simplified, cutesy style. Solid color backgrounds available for no extra charge if asked!PRICE: $15 USD

LINELESS

Lineless art is inherently shaded. I do not do more complex shading than what is shown in my examples, at the time being!FULLBODY: $30
